Reaching the Unreached

Our project is located high up in the hills of Medellin, in one of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods in the city.

The municipal social projects have improved the lives of many. However, the success story does not ring true for all the people in the area and large inequalities persist.

Our project aims to increase resilience of the residents of Carambolas to socially disruptive environment.

This will be achieved by adding on a new facility housing 3 flexible rooms (to be used as small classrooms and/or counselling suite), and converting the existing patio into weather-proof multiuse space.
